GuardQA Side Panel — Privacy Policy

Applies to the “GuardQA Side Panel” browser extension published by ACS Pro for its internal clinical-audit reviewers. Last updated July 7, 2026.

The GuardQA Side Panel does not collect, store, sell, or share any user data, and it sends nothing to any third party.

No data collection

The extension has no analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting, and no tracking of any kind. It writes no browsing data to storage.

Local URL processing only

To do its one job, the extension looks at the web address (URL) of the active browser tab — entirely on your device — to detect whether the tab shows a SHARP audit page (sharp.acspro.com/audits) and to extract the numeric audit id from that address. Page content is never read: the extension contains no content scripts and never touches what is displayed inside any page.

First-party requests only

The only network requests the extension makes are authenticated requests to ACS Pro’s own GuardQA portal, to fetch the review checklist and QA metadata for the audit id detected in the tab URL. These requests use your existing GuardQA portal sign-in session; the extension never sees, stores, or transmits your credentials. No request is ever made to any host other than SHARP and the GuardQA portal, and no request is ever sent to SHARP itself.

No sale or transfer

No data is sold, and no data is transferred to third parties for any purpose. Nothing is used for advertising, creditworthiness assessment, or any purpose unrelated to the extension’s single function: showing the GuardQA review checklist beside SHARP.

No remote code

All code ships inside the extension package. Nothing is loaded or executed from a remote source.
